The inspiration came from glasses worn by members of alternative bands in the ’90s, which the design team admired.
The metal frame features a classic panto shape, with a pattern-less bridge and temples, and an end-piece where the screws are placed in parallel. The details are crafted through subtle variations in shape—such as roundness and unevenness—to enhance texture.
