Returns & Exchanges

RETURN WINDOW

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will issue a return authorization and provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process. After ten days, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

International returns involve additional steps but can still be accommodated. Please refer to the International Returns section below for full details.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories, and suitable for immediate resale. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the total refund; domestic return labels are capped at $20 unless the order is unusually large.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Return shipping, as well as the duties and taxes originally paid on your behalf, are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges typically range from $80 to $200. We can provide a DHL return label for convenience; however, in many cases it is more economical to purchase an export label locally. If you choose to purchase your own label, please insure the package for its full value, as we cannot accept responsibility for shipments arranged independently.

After your return request is approved, please review the instructions carefully. Both a Commercial Invoice and a Shipping Declaration must be printed and signed to facilitate prompt customs clearance into the United States.

EXCLUSIONS & NOTES

Items discounted 40% or above are final sale. These may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Prescription and custom lenses are non-refundable; frames may still be returned within the standard window.

REFUND TIMING

Once received and approved, refunds typically take two to ten business days, depending on the payment provider.
