DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within the United States ship complimentary via UPS Ground. If desired, 2nd and Next Day Air options are available at checkout.  Most orders are processed within one business day and are insured to protect from loss or damage. High-value pieces require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer to waive signature, please notify us, and we will accommodate; however, doing so transfers full responsibility for the package and forfeits eligibility for loss-related claims.

Should an item require additional handling time, this will be noted on its product page.

Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be serviced via USPS, instead of UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide primarily via DHL Express, with an average transit time of 2 to 5 business days. Depending on current service rates, some shipments may travel via UPS International; you will be notified once a label is created.

DUTIES & TAXES

• Orders over $300 include all duties and taxes. No additional charges will be due upon receipt of the package. *Excludes Jacques Marie Mage*

• Jacques Marie Mage (International Orders Only): Due to the limited nature of these releases, a $45 International Priority Fee applies. This fee includes DHL Express shipping as well as all import duties and taxes related to the order. No additional charges will be due upon arrival to its final destination.

• For orders under $300, the following rates apply:

• Canada & Mexico — $29.99

• Rest of World — $39.99

• Jacques Marie Mage International Priority Fee — $45

VERIFICATIONS & CLAIMS

All shipments are insured to safeguard our clients. In the rare event a package is reported as missing or incomplete, we initiate a verification process that includes carrier coordination, internal review, and any legally required documentation. This process ensures that claims are accurate, truthful, and compliant with insurance and carrier regulations. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to resolve any legitimate issues swiftly and fairly.
