Order
Yes. We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All products are new, sourced directly from the manufacturer, and include full brand packaging.
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t receive them, please check your spam. If you are still having trouble, contact us and we’ll resend the link.
If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
Domestic orders will take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location in the United States and the shipping service selected.
International orders can take 2-5 business days, depending on the receiving country and its customs process. We will make every effort to make it as smooth and easy as possible.
We offer free shipping within the US and Puerto Rico via UPS Ground. Orders are processed within 1 business day and all packages are insured against theft or loss. High ticket items will require signature unless refused by the client. Expedited shipping is available via UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air. Certain items might require and additional handling time.
Yes. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout.
Sure thing. Our preferred carrier is DHL Express but at times we might choose UPS. Please refer to the Shipping page for more information.
High-value orders ship with signature confirmation. If you prefer to waive this, we can arrange it; however, delivery risk transfers to the recipient.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and include all original packaging. Domestic returns won't exceed $20.

Items discounted 40% or more are final sale. They may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Restocks vary by brand but most can be easily re-ordered. Jacques Marie Mage frames are issued in limited runs and are rarely replenished once they sell out.
We are an Out-of-Network provider. While we don’t bill insurance directly, many clients submit their receipts for reimbursement. Details are on our Insurance, FSA & HSA page.
Yes. FSA/HSA funds may be used for prescription eyewear.
Yes. Digital and printed receipts are included with all eligible orders.
